Project Time Collector

PTC ist ein kleines Windows-Tool, das es erlaubt, Arbeitszeiten für verschiedene Projekte zu verfolgen, also eine Art Tracking für Projekt-Zeiten. Die Zeiten werden monatlich in einer CSV-Datei gesichert, um eine einfache Auswertung per Tabellenkalkulation erlauben, beispielsweise mit Libre Office Calc oder Microsoft Excel.

Das Programmfenster kann an eine beliebige Stelle aus dem Desktop geschoben werden. Die Position wird gespeichert, sodass sich das Programm das nächste Mal gleich an der Stelle öffnet.

Auch die Anzahl und Namen der Projekte mit zugehörigen Farben kann frei konfiguriert werden.

Doppelklick auf ein Projekt startet die Zeiterfassung für dieses jetzt aktive Projekt. Das aktive Projekt wird mit Sekunden und einem Pfeilsymbol angezeigt, gerade nicht aktive Projekte zeigen die gesammelten Stunden und Minuten.

Die Daten werden tageweise in CSV-Dateien in einem konfigurierbaren Ordner gesammelt.

The program window can be dragged to a location of your choice. If closed, the program will open up on this position the next time it is started.

The program can be put in the Windows autostart folder for automatic start when the computer is switched on.

Projects can be configured with comments and favorite colors.

Double click the project you are currently working for. The active project shows a running indicator and the time is displayed with seconds.

Data is collected in CSV files at the location you configured. Just double click such a file in the Windows Explorer if you have Libre Office Calc or similar installed on your machine and you see the times.

DFLC ist ein kleines Windows-Tool, das es erlaubt nachträglich herauszufinden, wann der Computer an einem bestimmten Tag gestartet (und heruntergefahren) wurde. Das ist dann hilfreich, wenn HomeOffice-Arbeitszeiten erfasst werden sollen, aber an einem Tag der Aufschrieb vergessen wurde.
DFLC allows finding out, at what time a computer had been startet or shut down in the past. This is useful especially when working from home and you forgot to note down the times...

DFLC ist ein kleines Windows-Tool, das es erlaubt nachträglich herauszufinden, wann der Computer an einem bestimmten Tag gestartet (und heruntergefahren) wurde. Das ist dann hilfreich, wenn HomeOffice-Arbeitszeiten erfasst werden sollen, aber an einem Tag der Aufschrieb vergessen wurde.

Nach dem Start wird im Windows-Systemlog (das ist eine Datei, in der Windows automatisch diverse Ereignisse speichert) nach den Zeiten gesucht, an denen der Rechner neu gestartet bzw. heruntergefahren wurde.

Diese Zeiten werden anschließend in einer Tabelle angezeigt. Angezeigt wird pro Kalendertag das erste Hoch- und das letzte Herunterfahren und die Zeitspanne dazwischen.

After the start, the program analyzes the Windows system log (Windows automatically stores lots of events there) and looks for start and shutdown times. A table shows the times afterwards.

Each day shows the first start of the computer and the last shutdown and the time inbetween.

WICHTIG: Alle aus dem Internet heruntergeladenen Dateien (also auch diese!) zuerst mit einer funktionierenden und aktuellen Anti-Virus Software prüfen, z.B. dem MS Defender!

IMPORTANT: Always check files downloaded from the internet (Yes, this archive too!) with a working and up to date anti-virus tool, e.g. MS Defender or the like!
